These Terms govern your use of Real Trauma Intelligence, an app created by Culture Awareness. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
What this app is not
This app is not a therapist. It does not diagnose. It is not a substitute for professional mental health support. If you are in crisis or in danger, please contact local emergency services or a crisis line in your country.
What this app is
A set of calm, evidence-informed tools for regulating and reflecting. Grounding exercises, short reflections, language for what's happening inside you. Two editions — Young and Adult — with age-appropriate tone.
Your licence
When you download Real Trauma Intelligence, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it on your own devices. You do not own the app itself — the code, brand, and content remain the property of Culture Awareness.
Cost
This app is free. There is no premium tier. There are no in-app purchases. It is made possible by people who buy our other apps — Fast-Zero-Cross, Special Forces Thinking, and Back to 50 — and choose to give back. If you want to contribute, buying one of those helps keep this one free for others.
Acceptable use
- Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app.
- Do not rely on this app as a substitute for a clinician. It isn't one.
Service availability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available." Because it is local-first, it works offline and will not depend on any server we run.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Culture Awareness is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. In short: we don't — everything stays on your device.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
